Prices for Personal Training Sessions

Each session consists of a 10 minute warm up & 60 minute session.

Prices for L18 Personal Training

One Off Taster

At just £20, these taster sessions are perfect if you’re new to personal training and don’t want to commit to more than one session just yet…you’ll love it though, exercise is a healthy kind of addiction!

The 5 Pack

£150 equivalent to £30 session (to be completed over 3-4 weeks)

The first training session will include:

  • Fitness tests
  • 1 rep max tests
  • Body fat tests
  • An introduction to the correct lifting techniques to help you lift correctly and safely
  • Generally building up your confidence up for when you start your training programme

This first session will help me build a 4 week progressive training programme for you. Find out your 1 rep max, strengths and weaknesses. Also what you have told me in the first consultation will also be factored into the process of building a plan that will be hard, progressive, fun and one set well within your limits to adhere and help put you on the path to achieving the bodyshape you want.

Body fat tests will be taken start of week 1 and end of week 2 and 4.

The 10 Pack

£250 equivalent £25 session (to be completed over 6-8 weeks)

First training session will include:

  • Fitness tests
  • 1 rep max tests
  • Body fat tests
  • An introduction to the correct lifting techniques to help you lift correctly and safely
  • Generally building up your confidence up for when you start your training programme

This first session will help me build an 8 week progressive training programme for you. Find out your 1 rep max, strengths and weaknesses. Also what you have told me in the first consultation will also be factored into the process of building a plan that will be hard, progressive, fun and one well with in your limits to adhere and help put you on the path to training the body you want.

Body fat tests will be taken start of week 1 end of week 3, 5 and 8.
