Got an event coming up you need to get in shape for? There are sensible ways and means to shed some pounds for a holiday or wedding and no, a crash diet is definitely not one of them. A crash diet will do nothing but starve your body of vital vitamins and nutrients, make you feel hungry and then cause cravings galore. The cycle is very vicious and it’s shaped like a chocolate bar or three!
