I have always enjoyed physical activity of some kind, whether that was playing football for the school team, representing the school at athletics or playing golf as a hobby. After finishing my degree in Sports Business Management at the University of Lancashire I decided to take my own physical development to the next level. I decided to join the Royal Marine Commandos passing all the psychometric and physical tests.

Having decided on a career u-turn I then used my time in the Royal Marines to put all my experience into practice and become a personal trainer, helping people enjoy the benefits of using physical activity to enhance their own lives. I learnt so much from the very best in the business. The Marines certainly put you through your paces and I thoroughly enjoyed the physical training sessions, no matter how gruelling they were!

Whether you are a novice or an individual with extensive training history, I will either help you develop and begin a life changing training regime or simply take you to the next level. Not matter what age or gender I can help you.
